Privacy, security and confidentiality are important to interiors@tides. The following terms and conditions endeavour to make our website a safe place to trade. You should understand that by using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
interiors@tides will endeavour to ship all orders within 7 days subject to availablity of stock.
If there is a delay beyond the normal 7 days period we will contact you by email or to inform you of progress with your order.
We use either Royal Mail or DHL courier service, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Delivery and packaging charges are banded according to order value as follows:
Up to £14.99 is £3.50
£15-£99.99 is £5.95
Orders over £100 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to UK customers.
A signature is usually required on delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available to receive the goods.
Alternatively, we can deliver to your place of work.
A note about packaging: As an enviromentally aware company, we try wherever possible to recycle packaging materials. That means that your order may be sent out in a box which has been sent to us from a supplier. This should in no way compromise your order, but if this causes you any concerns please do not hesitate to get in touch.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - We are more than happy to ship worldwide, but postal charges will vary. Please contact us via email in the first instance, let us know what you would like to order, and we will advise you by return of the postage charge.
Customs
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.
interiors@tides may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.
YOUR PRIVACY
interiors@tides does not store any credit card information, nor will we pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party. Information collected from you will be used only for the purpose of sending information to you about our products or services, responding to your questions or comments, or as otherwise may be described at the point of collection (for example on a web form or sending information to your friends email that you provided). If you provide contact information, we may contact you to clarify your order, comment or question, to obtain or provide more detailed information to you, or, if you are an existing customer, to learn about your level of satisfaction with our services.
YOUR SECURITY
Your credit card security and peace of mind is of paramount importance to us, so that is why we use Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) to process all entries. Credit card data transmitted between you and our site is protected using strong SSL encryption technology. Statistics show that the risk of credit card fraud is far greater in restaurants and high street retailers than when used for shopping on the Internet.
In the unlikely event of fraud occuring when using a credit card on the Internet most card issuers cover all losses. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
We do not store or retain your credit card details.
GENERAL
Your contract is with interiors@tides of 21 Fairfield Ave, Bollington, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 5LZ.
You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication. If your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail confirming this.
This confirmation e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract.
interiors@tides use Worldpay for online credit and debit clearing. Worldpay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group.
You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, please return any goods to us in good condition within 14 working days of receipt and we will gladly exchange them or refund the cost of the goods.
In the first instance to return an item please email us at nicky@interiors-tides.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please include your full name and address, order details and details of the reason for the return.
Please package goods securely and return them to us by registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that return postage will not be refunded.
In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them. In this event any return postage will be refunded in full.
VARIATIONS
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and post the new version on the website. When we do so, we will mention the fact on our home page www.interiors-tides.co.uk. All purchases from the date of posting onwards will be governed by that new version.
LIABILITY
interiors@tides attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. interiors@tides does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.
interiors@tides does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
interiors@tides will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
interiors@tides makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available on this website.
interiors@tides does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.
interiors@tides will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
ADDITIONAL
These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and interiors@tides relating to your purchase. You are responsible for reading all information in these terms and conditions fully. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.

LAW
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
